This sub-menu allows agents to initialize and process brand-new multi-line order packages or enrollments.

• Step 1: Click on New Multiline Orders (PC1174).
• Step 2: Go through the normal enrollment process for the “parent.”
• Step 3: Add subsequent “child” lines to the application, specifying device info (IMEI) or SIM information for each individual line as required.
• Step 4: Complete the plan assigning and checkout/payment process to submit the multi-line order group.
